- Change an Order
To change an existing order, you must contact orders@ NEATtSHIRT.com within 24 hours or one business day of the placed order. Any and all changes to an order made after this time must be shipped back at the buyers expense.
- Policy for Returns
Before any and all return(s) are sent back to NEATtSHIRT, you MUST e-mail NEATtSHIRT at orders@NEATtSHIRT.com. All returns must be received within 14 days. Your money will be refunded within 3 business days upon our receipt of your payment to NEATtSHIRT (Pending on the response of your financial company used). Your funds will be credited back to same form of payment that it was initially paid with. Any and all returns after 14 days or without contacting NEATtSHIRT will be refunded as a NEATtSHIRT credit to be used at any time, even on discounted items.
- Policy for Exchanges
Before any and all exchanges(s) are sent back to NEATtSHIRT, you MUST e-mail NEATtSHIRT at orders@NEATtSHIRT.com, with a detailed message of the reason of exchange. All exchanges must be made within 21 days. A credit or new item(s) will be sent out within 3 business days from the receipt of the order.
